We are pleased to set forth the terms of the engagement of XMR Fire (“XMR”) by the Sleepy Hollow Fire Protection District, a Special District of the State of California (the “District”), to act as a non-exclusive consultant and advisor to the District in connection with the prospective design and implementation of District community-based fire awareness programs, including efforts to accomplish certain risk reduction goals and to potentially obtain District certification as a Firewise community.
