THIS AGREEMENT is by and between Verco Decking, Inc. with a mailing address of 4340 North 42nd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85019 (herein referred to as “Verco”) and the entity whose name, address, telephone number and facsimile number are set forth following the signature block at the end of Section 25 of this Agreement (herein referred to as “Customer”). The effective date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) is set forth immediately below the signature block of Verco at the end of Section 25 of this Agreement.
