This AXU Token Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Argentas distribution smart contract (the “Argentas Distribution Contract”); use of the related XLM AXU Token smart contact (the “AXU Token Contract”); and purchase of the related XLM compatible tokens distributed on the Stellar blockchain (the “AXU Tokens”) and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and Argentas Project (“Argentas Project,” together with its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, “Company”). Buyer, Argentas Project and Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
