Lightpath Service: All services (“Service(s)”) ordered by Customer from Lightpath shall be subject to Lightpath’s acceptance of this Service Agreement and any applicable Addenda (“Agreement”) listing the Service and fees associated with the requested Service. Service is subject to availability and the following terms and conditions, including those documents identified below and incorporated by reference.
