This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”), the entity authorized to order under GSA Schedule contracts as defined in GSA Order OGP 4800.2I, as may be revised from time to time, and all of Customer’s Affiliates that may use the Products, and the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contractor acting on behalf of ForeScout Technologies, Inc. (“ForeScout”). If Customer does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer must promptly return the Products and any accompanying items (including printed materials and binders or other containers) to the place from which Customer obtained them. If Customer purchases the Products for use by any of its Affiliate(s), Customer will ensure that such Affiliate complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement is binding on the GSA MAS Contractor and the Customer to the extent Products are ordered by Customer pursuant to the GSA Schedule contracts.
