SC037475 having its registered office at 349 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4AA, and NHS 24 a statutory body constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 whose headquarters are at Caledonia House, 140 Fifty Pitches Road, Cardonald Park, Glasgow G51 4EB (NHS24) have agreed to come together to collaborate and agree a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the purposes of forming a high-level core strategic partnership according to shared organisational outcomes.
