This End-User License Agreement (this “EULA”) is an agreement between the individual or business entity obtaining a license for the Software according to the terms of this EULA (“you” and “your”, as context may require), and eWorkplace Apps LLC, a California limited liability company with its principal office address located at 9861 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618 (“eWorkplace Apps”). Each of you and eWorkplace Apps is referred to in this EULA as a “party” and collectively as “parties”.
