INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORATION ASSOCIATION (MITA), hereinafter called the "Association" representing its members who are hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION No. 247, 2741 Trumbull Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, LOCAL UNION No. 332, 1502 So. Dort Hwy, Flint, Michigan, and LOCAL No. 337, 2801 Trumbull Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, LOCAL UNION No. 614, 250 N. Perry Street, Pontiac, Michigan, affiliates of the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, hereinafter referred to as the "Union" shall remain in full force and in effect from April 1, 2017 through and including March 31, 2020, and thereafter from year to year unless changed in accordance with Article XXII of this Agreement.
