This Project Labor Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is entered into this 15th day of December 2009, by and between the Board of Education of the Centinela Valley Union High School District, and its successors or assigns, (hereinafter the “District”), the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (hereinafter the “Council”), and the signatory Craft Unions (hereinafter together with the Council, collectively, the “Union” or “Unions”). This Agreement establishes the labor relations Policies and Procedures for the District and for the craft employees represented by the Unions engaged in the District’s school and building construction and substantial rehabilitation and capital improvement program (hereinafter the “Project” or “Project Work”).
