THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 19th Day of July, 2018, by and between the Clio Education Association, Local 10 MEA/NEA, hereinafter called the "Association", affiliated with the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the "MEA" and the National Education Association, hereinafter called the "NEA" and the Board of Education of Clio Area School District 18 Fractional of Genesee and Saginaw Counties, hereinafter called the "Board." The signatories shall be the sole parties to this Agreement.
