This Agreement (as defined below) is entered into by and between Qumu, Inc. (“Qumu”) and the Client entity identified in the Order Form (the “Client”) or the Client who clicks a box indicating acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement sets out the terms upon which Qumu agrees to provide the Services, including the Qumu Cloud Platform, to the Client.
