This Agreement is made and entered into on June 12, 2013 between the City of Hidden Hills, a municipal corporation (“City”), the City of Calabasas, a municipal corporation (“Calabasas”) and the Las Virgenes Unified School District (“District”). The City, Calabasas and Hidden Hills are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
