THIS AGREEMENT is between Precision Plastics, a Division of Windsor Mold Inc., solely with respect to its Amherstburg Plant, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” and the National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (UNIFOR-Canada) and its Local 1959, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”.
