Both contracting parties have explicitly agreed that, when an order is consigned to Thermo-Clean, the terms and conditions defined below apply and remain an integral part of any future orders that we may receive. The parties may only deviate from the terms and conditions below on the basis of mutual and written agreement. These terms and conditions only apply between the parties, excluding those who may be listed in correspondence, on order forms, invoices or in any other co-contractor document. The agreements must be implemented in good faith. The parties may not regard any of the provisions stipulated in the current terms and conditions of sale as a style clause. No addition or deviation may be invoked as if it were a definite rule, as both parties declare themselves formally committed to these terms and conditions.
