THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 25th day of September, 2019 ("Effective Date"), by and between the CITY OF CASTLE PINES, a Colorado municipal corporation, 360 Village Square Lane, Suite B, Castle Pines, CO 80108 (the "City"), and COLORADO DESIGNCSCAPES, INC., a Colorado corporation with offices at 15440 E. Fremont Drive, Centennial, CO 80112 (the "Contractor"). The City and the Contractor may be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as "Party".
