This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of July 2004 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Baraga Telephone Company and its affiliated CLEC also DBA Baraga Telephone Company (“Baraga”) with offices at 204 State St., P. O. Box 9. Baraga, MI 49908 and ALLTEL Wireless of Michigan RSA#1 and RSA#2, Inc., Pacific Telecom Cellular of Michigan, Inc and ALLTEL Communications, Inc.-MI d/b/a ALLTEL Communications, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“ALLTEL”) with offices at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202. Hereinafter, “Party” means either Baraga or ALLTEL and “Parties” means Baraga and ALLTEL.
