This Mobile Application End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and Living Consciously Meditation Workshop, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company”). This Agreement governs your use of the Living Consciously Meditation Application on the Android and IOS platforms, (including all related documentation and meditation content, the “Application”). The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
