WHEREAS, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, or any instrumentality thereof, including, but not limited to, the Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise d/b/a Foxwoods Resort Casino (collectively referred to hereafter as “MPTN”), desires to engage the Contractor and/or Supplier (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Contractor”) to perform certain services relating to the Project. The Project shall be described on the Purchase Order (the “PO”) issued by MPTN; The Contractor shall be deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions contained herein (the “Agreement”) upon signature of the PO by the Contractor; and
