This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the agreement between the representatives of Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 and the representatives of the City of Watsonville on all matters contained herein for employees of the City of Watsonville in the Public Works Unit. The parties hereto agree to jointly recommend to the City Council of the City of Watsonville that one or more resolutions be adopted effectuating the following changes in the salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment for said employees in the Public Works Unit.
