Thank you for your interest in making a Contribution to a project of Elasticsearch, BV, a Netherlands company with notice address at [Rijnsburgstraat 9-1, 1059 AT Amsterdam, The Netherlands] (“Elasticsearch” or “we”). In order to clarify the intellectual property license granted with Contributions from you, Elasticsearch must have an Individual Contributor License Agreement (“ICLA”) on file that has been signed by you, a developer of software or other technology (either an individual or an entity), indicating agreement to the license terms below.
