This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 26th day of February, 2019, by and between the Indiana Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as “INDOT”), and the City of West Lafayette, acting by and through the Board of Public Works and Safety (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
