DISCUSSION: The attached agreement with Scholastic Book Fairs, Inc. is a district-wide solution. Scholastic Book Fairs, Inc. will provide all of the necessary merchandise to conduct successful Book Fairs on an as needed basis. Participating schools may work with this firm to select a date for their event and retain a commission of net sales in accordance with the attached agreement. CONTRACT TERM: The initial contract term shall commence on May 15, 2013 and continue until terminated at the sole discretion of the School Board, or designee.
