This Data Processing Addendum, including its Appendices ("DPA") forms part of the Terms and Conditions or other written or electronic agreement for the purchase of Emburse services (the “Agreement”). This DPA applies to Personal Data processed by Emburse and its Subprocessors in connection with its provision of the Service.
