This SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into between itslearning’s representative (“Partner”) denoted in the Order Form and itslearning AS, a Norwegian Corporation located at Edvard Griegs vei 3 - 5836 Bergen, Norway (“ITL AS”) (collectively, “ITL”), on the first part, and the customer as specified in the Order Form (“Customer”), on the second part Collectively known as the Parties.
