This Annual Financial and Operating Plan (Annual Operating Plan), is hereby made and entered into by and between the Montrose County Sheriff's office, hereinafter referred to as “the Cooperator,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement #20-LE-11020407-021 executed on July 9, 2020. This Annual Operating Plan is made and agreed to as of the last date signed below and is for the estimated period beginning on the date of the last signature and ending December 31, 2020.
