SQUARE SUBDIVISION, dated as of September , 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the City of Driggs, Idaho (the “City”) and Moraine Square, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (the “Developer”). The City and the Developer are each a “Party” and together the “Parties”.
