This Suite Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Suite Studios Inc.. (referred to herein as “Suite,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Customer (referred to herein as “Customer,” “your,” or “you”), contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Services. This Agreement shall take effect upon Customer signing up and agreeing to be bound by the terms herein or, if earlier, when you use any of the Services (the “Effective Date”). You represent to us that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent to us that you have legal authority to bind that entity. Capitalized terms are defined in Section 15.
