This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Washington, without reference to the rules governing the choice of laws. Any actionto this Agreement shall be introduced in federal or state courts located in Seattle, Washington, and the user irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
