This Agreement constitutes a subscription for class A units (“Class A Units”) and/or Class I units (“Class I Units”) of the Trust, on the terms and conditions set forth in this subscription agreement. The Class A Units and Class I Units are referred to herein as the “Units”. The undersigned acknowledges receipt of an offering memorandum dated October 2017 (as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Offering Memorandum”) relating to the offering of Units.
