AGREEMENT FOR OPENING, SERVICING A BANK ACCOUNT AND ISSUANCE OF A CORPORATE PAYMENT CARD FOR A LEGAL ENTITY This agreement for opening, servicing a bank account and issuance of a corporate payment card for a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is recognized as an accession agreement concluded in accordance with the requirements of Article 389 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which determines the standard conditions for issuing, closing, making payments and (or) money transfers using a corporate payment card for a legal entity issued by Altyn Bank JSC (SB China Citic Bank Corporation Ltd) (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) and other conditions for servicing a bank account and a corporate payment card for a legal entity.
