This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions agreed between You and Blue2Digital on the basis that Blue2Digital intends to distribute and make available Your music over the Internet. You own or have the right to exploit and to grant a worldwide licence to Blue2Digital to use the sound recordings, lyrics and any performance of any artist and/or performer embodied in Your track, together with any metadata, artwork, images, lyrics and sleeve notes which You upload and provide to Blue2Digital (together, "Your Content").
