provision of Software as a Service, Seos Credential Services and Hardware from the ASSA ABLOY Group company specified in the Agreement (“ASSA ABLOY”), and the customer named in the Agreement (“Customer”). Support services, Training Services and Installation Services are subject to the execution of a separate agreement. Each of ASSA ABLOY and Customer shall also be referred to as a “Party” or, in the collective, the “Parties.”
