This document sets out basic Purchase Order Terms And Conditions which, together with the attached Master Service Agreement/Master Consulting Agreement/Agreement/Contract (together called “the Agreement”), will apply to all work the Seller undertakes for Buyer with respect to this engagement. If there is any conflict between these Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, then the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
