THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2023, by and between BULLOCH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its duly elected Board of Commissioners (hereinafter “the County”) and NOEL BROWN in his official capacity as Sheriff of Bulloch County, Georgia, (hereinafter “the Sheriff”) as party or parties of the first part, and BULLOCH ACADEMY, INCORPORATED, acting by and through its duly elected Board of Trustees (hereinafter the “Academy”) as party or parties of the second part.
