This agreement made and created on 17th day of Feb. 1999 between the National Dairy Development Board, a body corporate constituted under the National Dairy Development Board Act, (37 of 1987) and having its head office at Anand 388 001. Gujarat ( here in after refereed to as NDDB which expression shall unless the counterpart otherwise admits, include successors and assignees of the NDDB) of the ONE PART, and the Panchmahal Dist. Co-op. Milk Producers' Union Ltd., having its office at Lunawada Road, Godhra : 389 001 ( here in after refereed to as the Project Authority which expression shall, unless the counterpart otherwise admits, include the successor(s) and assignee(s) of the Project Authority) of the OTHER PART.
