THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this December , 2013 by and between the DAILY JOURNAL OF COMMERCE, INC., 83 Columbia St., Seattle, Washington constituting party of the first part, hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Employer” or “Company,” and The Newspaper Guild-Communication Workers of America #37082 by its officers, or a committee duly authorized to act in its behalf, party of the second part, hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Union,” shall be effective beginning January 15, 2014 through January 15, 2016.
