This Agreement is for the supply of Electricity, between Just Energy, Pennsylvania Corp. and the Customer identified on the Customer Agreement. Just Energy is an independent retail energy supplier with no affiliation with your utility, the government or any consumer group. Electricity prices and charges are set by the electricity supplier you have chosen. The Public Utility Commission regulates distribution prices and services. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regulates transmission processes and services.
