This Agreement is a contract between the Client, either a physical or legal person, (as identified in the Client Application Form and named the “Client”), and Fidelcrest (Markets) Ltd (‘‘Fidelcrest”), Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and It sets out the terms under which Fidelcrest will provide its services to Clients. Please read it carefully and seek clarification of any points that may be unclear. The terms set out will come into effect, and the rights and obligations of the parties will apply, from the date of signing of this Agreement.
