Whereas: HPC has issued Tender No. 23/2020 (the "Tender"), for the supply of eight 4-ton SWL forklift trucks and Seven 2.5-ton SWL forklift trucks (each, "a "FLT", and collectively, the "FLTs"), all according to the Tender's documents, including the tender's Technical specifications of the FLT attached hereto as Appendix A and;
