This agreement made this day of , 2021, by and between the Town of Mount Airy, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, party of the first part (hereafter the “Town”) and Twin Arch Associates Family Limited Liability Partnership, a Maryland Limited Partnership, and Emmett Full, surviving tenant by the entirety of Audrey M. Full, parties of the second part (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Developer”). Sandy Spring Bank joins in this Agreement for the sole purpose of subordinating its rights to that of the Town pursuant to this Agreement, without undertaking any of the responsibilities and legal obligations of the Developer under this Agreement.
