This Settlement Agreement and Release (the "Settlement Agreement") is entered into by and between Darrell E. Beason, Jr. (“Beason” or “Plaintiff”) as a representative of a defined class of persons ("Settlement Class Members"), on the one hand, and Liberty Bank of Arkansas (“Liberty Bank” or “Defendant”), on the other (collectively, the "Parties."). This Settlement Agreement is made pursuant to Rule 23(e) of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure and is subject to preliminary and final approval by the Court.
