This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of July, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Richland-Grant Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (“Richland-Grant”) and Tech Com, Inc. (“Tech Com”), (collectively “RGTC”), a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 202 North East Street, P.O. Box 67, Blue River, Wisconsin 53518 and United States Cellular Corporation (“USCC”), a Delaware corporation , with its principal office at 8410 West Bryn Mawr, Chicago, IL 60631-3486 . RGTC and USCC are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
