This Project Labor Agreement for West Valley-Mission Community College District (“Agreement”) is entered into this 20th day of August, 2013 by and between West Valley-Mission Community College District (“District”), Santa Clara & San Benito Counties Building and Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO (“Council”), Signatory Unions (as defined herein below) and the Contractor (as defined herein below).
