This Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Friends of the Forest Preserves, Inc., an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (“Sponsor”), and Chicago Wilderness Alliance, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (“Grantee”). This Agreement shall be effective as set out below at Section 1. Sponsor and Grantee may be jointly referred to as the “Parties.”
