The terms and conditions listed below govern use of the services (the “Services”) provided by Mortgage Peer Network, LLC (“MPN”). The terms “you” and “your” in uppercase or lowercase shall mean the entity (e.g., company, corporation, partnership, sole proprietor, etc.) or government agency entering into an Order with MPN. The “Agreement” between you and MPN consists of your Order(s), these Terms and Conditions, and those portion of the MPN website incorporated herein by reference.
