Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (herein referred to as OGS or State), and American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., with offices at 200 Vesey Street, New York, New York 10285 (American Express, our, us or we). Hereinafter, the State and American Express may be collectively referred to as the “parties” or individually as a “party.”
