This Contributors Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as effective as of , 20 between the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management a Personal Membership Group of the American Hospital Association (“AHA” or “ASHRM”), an Illinois not-for-profit company and (“Contributor”) regarding Contributor’s original content, and any and all parts, portions or elements thereof, submitted to ASHRM at any time (the “Content”) to be used for the Risk Finance Playbook (the “Project”).
