THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated for reference purposes only , 201 , is entered into by and between the City of Foster City, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and Pilgrim Triton Phase III FC LP, a Delaware limited liability partnership (“Developer”). City and Developer may be collectively referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
