January 1, 2021 (the “Agreement”), is made by and between the City of New York (the “City”), acting through its Department of Youth and Community Development (“DYCD”), and The City University of New York (“CUNY”), acting on behalf of Queensborough Community College (“QCC”) (collectively, the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
