These terms of use (“Terms”) govern the use of the athenahealth Marketplace (including athenahealth hosted webpages that allow MDP Partners to list and describe their offerings, the “Marketplace”), and are entered into between MDP Partners who use the Marketplace (“Partners” or “you”) and athenahealth, Inc. (“athena”, “athenahealth” or “we” or “us”). These Terms govern your access and use of the Marketplace, and your use of athena’s name in marketing and other materials, and by using the Marketplace, you agree to these Terms.
